Our Experts Guide You Smoothly Through Our Hassle-Free Landscaping Process

We work closely with you throughout our landscaping process so that you get a personalized outdoor space that has everything you want. Our process gets you off to a great start, beginning with responsive communication and a fast estimate, and keeps you involved until the completion of your project. We handle all the details so you can relax as your landscape comes together.

Step 1

Step 1: Get in Touch

Fill out our contact form, and we will call you within 24 business hours to talk more about your landscaping plans. If we are a good fit for each other, we will schedule your free on-site consultation. We may ask for photos or measurements to help us get a better idea of the scope of your project.

Step  2

Step 2: Free On-Site Consultation

One of our owners will visit your property to talk about your landscape ideas and offer some ideas of our own that you may not have considered. We will take measurements and ask you questions about how you will be using your new space. We are happy to answer any questions you have about our process.

Step  3

Step 3: Estimate Presentation

We know how frustrating it can be to wait on an estimate, so for smaller projects, we email you a project cost estimate within two business days. This estimate is based on what we discuss at your on-site consultation. For larger projects, we send you an estimate within five business days. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the estimate. Once we are in agreement and you are ready to move forward, we will send you a contract, accept the initial 30% deposit, and get you on the schedule! If there are any changes to the start date due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will let you know right away and then update you regularly on the status of your project.

Step 4: Material Selection + Permitting

We work with you to decide which colors and styles you want to use. Once you have made your final selections, we can order the materials and start to schedule the project. We can also help you with the necessary permitting to keep the project on track and moving forward.

Step  5

Step 5: Installation

Before we begin, we will make sure 811 has marked your utilities and property lines as necessary. If weather delays the project at any point, we will let you know what to expect and how it impacts the timeline. We will accept another 30% progress payment at the previously agreed-upon point in the project and get to work!

Step  6

Step 6: Final Walkthrough

When your landscape is finished, we will accept the final payment and walk through the project with you, talking about any applicable warranties and maintenance to be sure you know how to care for your investment so that it can stand the test of time. We want you to be satisfied, so we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. We will ask for your review so that you can tell us and others about your Patioscape experience.
