Our Story
Patioscape was founded in 2020. Although the name may be new, the owners have been creating beautiful hardscapes in the Pittsburgh area for over 20 years. Patioscape was formed when Palat Landscaping and Morrow Landscaping decided to merge companies to focus on creating a larger and more efficient company with a major emphasis on patios, walls, and outdoor living projects.
Jason Palat
Co-Founder of Patioscape
Jason Palat has been a dedicated professional in the landscaping and hardscaping industry since 2001, when he founded Palat Landscaping at just 20 years old. In 2021, he took the next step by co-founding Patioscape, furthering his commitment to creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Throughout his journey, Jason’s passion for the trade has only grown deeper. He thrives on meeting new people and finds great fulfillment in bringing joy to their lives through his work. In his downtime, Jason enjoys RV camping with his family, skiing big mountains, playing the drums, and the occasional round of golf. He also enjoys hiking with his dog, participating in a bowling league, and shooting pool.
Bobby Morrow
Co-Founder of Patioscape
Bobby was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. He was owner of Morrow Landscaping for 10 years before merging companies and creating Patioscape to focus on hardscaping. He has 16 years experience in the hardscape industry and holds certifications by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and National Concrete Masonry Association. When not working towards making Patioscape a top tier company, you can find him enjoying life, with his wife Holly and their families. He also is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys golfing during his free time.
